The stress response is dismantled through the pleasant and enjoyable use of self hypnosis on a regular basis. The body is able to re-balance and use the 'resting state' eg to reduce adrenaline and cortisol levels being so prevalent in the blood stream. Once the new physical habit is established, the person learns to deal with 'stressors' in the environment differently. Increase in energy, better sleep and balanced appetite are indicators of recovery.
